- Manage day to day HR functions of the construction arm business.
- Hands-on in construction management.
- Handle MOM Work Pass related matters and all foreign workers admin matters.
- Manage WICA and medical insurance claims.
- Assist in recruitment, implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices in HR functions.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in in construction/engineering industry.
- Good knowledge in Employment Act.
