- Manage HR policies, standards, and regulations.
- Bridge communication between employees and management, addressing inquiries about company policies and practices.
- Handle HR administrative tasks, including drafting offer letters, processing/renewing work passes, maintaining records, managing files, and entering data into HRIS.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above.
- At least 2 years of HR experience in Aerospace industry.
