Location: Hybrid – 3 days in Office + 2 days WFH
Contract Period: May 2024 - End Feb 2025
Working Days/Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 6pm, Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Manage Business As Usual (BAU) operations for assigned digital projects, including maintenance, updates, and ongoing support activities.
- Consolidate requests from stakeholders, maintain product backlog and work with IT to prioritise features for implementation.
- Engage stakeholders to increase user engagement and improve user adoption of mobile app through app features enhancement and functionality.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate project deliverables and ensure they meet user requirements and expectations.
- Generate regular reports to update stakeholders on project progress, budget status, and any issues or risks.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Evaluate project performance and outcomes, gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance future project delivery.
- Other ancillary tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Information Technology or other related fields.
- 1-2 years of working experience as Product Manager
