Our Client is a Construction Company located in the North of Singapore. They are looking for a HR & Admin Assistant to join their team.
The Challenges:
- Attend to walk-in and telephone enquiries in a professional manner
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Coordinate and assist in day to day general administration and operational matters
- Ensure all documentation and filling done in a proper manner
- Maintain inventory of office stationery
- Assist in handling ISO Audit
- Submission of claims and scheduling the appointments for meetings
- Handle order entry processing, quotation, generation and monitoring of deliveries
- Handling HR related administration task
- Preparation of Letter of Employment, staff orientation and HR related document
- Assisting in maintaining accurate personnel records, attendance records, leave records
- Purchase of air ticket / performance bond / accommodation and others arrangement for foreign workers
- Full spectrum of HR functions, recruitment, post advertisement, leave management, disciplinary action
- Handle MOM work passes, prepare employment, confirmation, and warning letter
- Any other Covid-related activities (if any)
What it Takes:
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration and handled confidential information
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities, able to meet deadline with good leadership skills
- Must possess a keen attitude and be a go-getter
- Able to Multi-task and has good time-management and tasks prioritization skills
- PC literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel Vlook and Pivot Table)
