Job scope: -
- Sales Order Processing: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing
- Liaising with customers and suppliers for orders and delivery with accuracy and timeliness
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Coordinate projects and support lead manager. Ensuring projects are worked according to the agreed plan and kept on schedule
- Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Marketing
- Assist in the preparation & submission of relevant reports and documents
- Provide excellent support and customer service
- Quoting of repairs quotation
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems with assistance from Fault Engineer
- Escalate Customer Issues to Sales Team, if necessary
- Participating in monthly stock take
- Any ad hoc duties from Management
Requirement: -
- Min O level and above
- Good communication and writing skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Ready for a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Entry Level with a good attitude is welcome to apply
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Able to multi-tasking
- Able to communicate in English & Chinese with clients
- Singaporean or PR who stay in Singapore ONLY
- Chinese Preferred
- Friendly and good personality
