Our client is one of the leading technology service provider in Industrial Machinery Manufacturing. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer to be part of their Sales Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of Technical Sales Engineer:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts using effective account management processes.
- Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to identify and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
- Identify sales opportunities with new and existing clients and update them on service offerings.
- Draft proposals, coordinate processes, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, providing recommendations for solutions.
- Conduct regular service reviews with customers and operations team.
- Understand customer needs and market trends to determine pricing and sales strategies.
- Prepare and review contract terms and conditions.
- Deliver presentations of proposals to customers.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering
- 2 years of relevant sales experience
