Job Description:

As a Sales Representative, you will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for providing professional consultation, recommendation, and sales services for our products. You are required to possess excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation, actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions. Additionally, you should possess basic knowledge of pharmaceuticals and sales techniques, accurately introducing product efficacy, usage, and precautions to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:ldentify and pursue new business opportunities in thehealthcare sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other potential clientsProvide excellent customer service to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Product Promotion:Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our medical products.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offeringsStay updated on industry trends and advancements to position our products competitively
  • Sales Targets:Set and achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Weekend and Holiday Commitment:The role requires availability to work on weekends and publicholidays to accommodate healthcareprofessionals'schedules and participate in special events orpromotions.
  • Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure acohesive and responsive approach to client needs.Provide feedback from the field to contribute to product development and marketing strategies
  • Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, andmarket feedback.Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualificatlons:

1. Possess basic knowledge of pharmaceuticals and sales techniques to provide professional product consultation and services.

2. Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation, able to proactively communicate with customers and resolve their issues.

3. Possess a sense of responsibility, team cooperation, and good professional ethics.

4. Have a certain level of stress resistance and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

5.Willing to commit to shift arrangement - including weekends and public holidays

6.Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical products or healthcare industry

7.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients

8.Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
