Responsibilities:
- Elicit, scope, and manage the stakeholder’s business requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business needs and translate them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, architects, and project managers, to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Organize the product backlog by extensively gathering and analyzing information with stakeholders and participate in crafting Functional/Design specifications.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Support the development of project plans, budgets, and timelines, and track progress against milestones.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and manage defects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean or PR only.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or related fields.
- Prior experience of at least 3 years in IT business analysis, designing application solutions, and testing, or related.
- Experience in AWS cloud (AWS-related certification will be an added advantage).
- Knowledgeable about cloud environments, including practices such as CI/CD, Azure and various cloud technologies.
- Proficient in hands-on cloud deployment (Having overseen the migration of 1-2 systems).
- Working experience in Agile methodologies (Related certification will be an added advantage).
- Previous involvement in government projects is advantageous.
