Your Role
We are looking for a Programme Manager to perform program development, business development and marketing core functions.
What Will You Do
- Develop topical forums for the industry to convene, share best practices, new insights and innovative ideas.
- Develop practical workshops that support the learning and development needs of the industry, which would largely be based on your engagements with industry practitioners.
- Build a network of noteworthy speakers and thought leaders who have a shared purpose with the academy to elevate the quality of industry talent.
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the Academy’s stakeholders which include government agencies, supply chain and logistics companies or employers, C-suites including CHROs, and business unit heads, training professionals or institutes.
- Apply business intelligence to identify stakeholders’ needs and propose avenues for the Academy to support these needs within our ambit.
- Develop the pitches and sales narrative for the proposal materials, electronic direct mail marketing and social media marketing.
What Do We Want
- At least 3 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Have practical networking and communication skills to develop a strong rapport with all levels of leadership in the industry.
- Be resourceful and good at research to identify industry trends, market needs and innovations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
