Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and review IT strategy and roadmap to meet growing needs of the Organization.
- Partner with business owners to provide guidance and support on IT matters pertaining to Applications and Systems owned and developed by MOH, AIC, and/or PHIs.
- Partner with business and process owners to leverage on IT in support Organization's vision and mission.
- Provide leadership and guidance in digitization and digitalization efforts of the Organization.
- Provide consultation and guidance to the Organization and act as single Point of Contact for all IT matters.
- Manage IT Security to safeguard Organization interest including developing Security Policies and Procedures, and implementing measures as advised by the relevant authorities.
- Provide and maintain network and systems availability and uptime that meets the needs of the Organization.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
What you might need to have:
- Recognized Degree in Information Technology or Computing Science.
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in various aspects of IT and 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Experience in IT development life cycle, Project Management and Data Analytics.
- Prior experience in Healthcare IT would be an advantage.
- Must be self-directed, independent yet able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
