A multinational company in the manufacturing sector is seeking a HR & Admin executive to join its team. You will be a key part of helping the organization in handling the HR matters and managing the employee life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of HR functions (e.g. Payroll, Work Pass (Application, Renewal, Cancellation), Benefits and Compensation and Recruitment).
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, including expatriates.
- Manage HRMS, employee handbook and HR policies.
- Assist in learning and development initiatives for local employees.
- Handle general office administrative duties
- Coordinate with vendors for expatriate income tax and local employee tax matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Management/ Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling full spectrum of HR experience.
- Candidates with experience from a startup and small setup company will be a plus point.
- Competent in HRMS and payroll is a must.
- Professional in English communication and Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point).
