Job Responsibilities:
- Take the lead or actively participate in outreach endeavors associated with the Division, including devising outreach strategies to promote Division Programs and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders or community partners.
- Oversee the management of referrals and engage with referral agencies or individuals for intake and assessment purposes.
- Conduct comprehensive case assessments and conceptualizations by gathering information during intake and engaging with clients, families, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to formulate intervention plans, offer counseling and support to address their risks and needs, and advocate for clients' rights and access to essential services within the community and relevant systems.
- Accurately document all case-related records.
- Stay abreast of current research and trends, and contribute to research projects.
- Engage in continuous professional development and education by preparing for, attending, and presenting cases at Internal Case Reviews, Case Conceptualization meetings, and Clinical supervision sessions regularly. Also, provide supervision to interns and/or students on placement.
- Develop and implement new projects/initiatives that align with the Division's objectives.
Job Descriptions:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent with 2 years of experience in the social service sector or similar setting.
- Possess good knowledge and experience with social work interventions; interest in growing clinical skills.
- Passionate in working with youths.
- Proficiency in applying specialized theories and techniques to comprehensively assess a case using relevant tools within the organization.
- Capability to conceptualize and create a case plan that is pertinent, practical, and attainable.
- Skill in engaging stakeholders to devise solutions in community work.
