Project Executive - Basic + Shared Commission + Incentives
Salary Range: $2500 - $4000
We are seeking for highly motivated and self inspired individual to join us as a full time project coordinator. Your role will be essential in the business growth of our sales department.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Managing the day to day project sites schedules
• Ensuring all the project sites are on schedule and within the budget allocated
• Building good rapport and providing excellent customer service to existing and new clients
• Recommending appropriate solutions, services and ideas based on clients needs, budget and requests
• Project management from conception to execution to completion
• Liaising with in-house team, external contractors and suppliers for site works
Requirements:
• Willing to go the extra mile
• Independent, energetic and presentable
• Self-starter with entrepreneur mindset
• Very strong desires for results
• Those with experience in renovation sales and project management will be an advantage
• Those with relevant interior design background will be an advantage
• Potential candidates with a minimum of 3 year sales experience preferred
• Minimum O level, diploma or equivalent
• Able to work on weekends or public holidays
• Able to start work immediately
