Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots key technical issues at the component level.
- Creates methodologies and procedures as necessary.
- Anticipates and responds to fab issues.
- Drives corrective processes through the various functional groups in HQ or escalates as appropriate.
- Participates in customer meetings and escalations.
- Initiate projects to drive down costs or increase uptime.
- Provide trainings to customers in the operation and maintenance of system.
- To lead key project and handle key customers independently as needed.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferred 3 years of relevant experience in maintaining wafer fab equipment, preferably with at least 2 years of previous experience on Etch equipment.
- Proficient in English is a must to communicate with English speaking overseas customers.
- Proficient in Mandarin is a must to work with Chinese speaking stakeholders in China.
- Must be willing and able to travel, both regionally and internationally.
- No visa issue travelling to any Schengen countries for business advantageous
- Flexibility to work on shifts/ overtime/ stand-by/ on-call/ holidays when required.
