Responsibilities:
- Able to answer calls and handle situations quickly and accurately with quality customer service level
- Ensure guests receive the most cordial attention when they contact our hotline
- Able to understand and handle guests’ requests tactfully and smoothly
- Assist with any basic requests such as invoicing, in-house restaurant enquiries, operating hours of the facilities and outlets in the Hotel, Lost and Found and basic e-mail enquiries
- Work closely with all hotel staff to provide our guests with friendly, courteous and efficient personal service at all times
- Must be able to handle computer terminals at the call centre and Front Office respectively
- Ensure that there are adequate supplies of forms and stationeries for Front Office
- Assist with any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience as telephone operator/call centre agent will be preferred
- Able to perform 3 rotating duties including overnight shift, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and human relations abilities
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills, with basic Microsoft Office knowledge
