Responsibilities:
- Preparation and filing of patent, trademark, and design applications, involving the collection and organization of pertinent information and documentation.
- Managing reporting and billing processes.
- Liaising with clients and official authorities to communicate application statuses and comply with requirements.
- Administering and updating records and files related to applications.
- Monitoring and managing reminders and deadlines to ensure timely actions.
- Offering administrative support to attorneys and the IP department at large.
Requirements:
- A diploma or higher qualification, preferably with experience in IP prosecution work. Candidates lacking the specified educational qualifications but possessing relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail, superior organizational abilities, and a positive work ethic.
- The capacity to collaborate effectively as well as to operate independently.
