- Assist with the consolidation of various reports ; weekly tracking, monthly capital reports, service contracts attachment rates for the Team
- Compile market data such as demographics, market and regulatory environment, competitors’ information, strategic accounts, procedures volume and mix, disease prevalence, countries’ reimbursement rates etc.
- Generate monthly sales reports from Power BI and analyze the data for unusual trends/patterns
- Analyze sales/margins - volume, price, mix vs. plan/forecasts; identifying issues & recommending actions
- Support the Marketing and Education Director in groundwork preparation for campaigns and programs such as, compiling countries’ feedback, survey results etc. and analyzing the collated data for trend
- Support the Commercial Team in tracking and consolidating the number of cases supported and performing trend analysis for Management decision making
- Support the Commercial Team in the monitoring/tracking of their capital footprints, service contracts, tenders, sales funnel opportunities
- Prepare reports for the Commercial Team to track, monitor and analyze inventory movements of key distributors for decision making
- Aid in the preparation of market model for SEA, monitoring and analyzing the trend, growth and market share etc. for Management’s use in decision making and during business reviews
- Assist the Commercial Team in the preparation of slides for business reviews
- Other ad-hoc requirements as assigned by the Reporting Manager and Country Head
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Finance/Business Analytics or in related fields
- 1-2 years’ experience in Commercial/Business Analytics roles preferred
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with, influence and drive consensus with different stakeholders
- Ability to deep dive into voluminous data and derive insights through consolidation, drill downs and pattern recognition
- Proactive in learning, creating, and leveraging new processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Good understanding on the demand trend and analyse reason for variation
