Job Description
This role will be driving marketing activities across All brands and collaborating with Business managers to achieve business results.
- Strategic marketing planning - being able to identify opportunities with the brands and develop strategic plans and action plans to drive execution
- Strong planning skills and engage resources to deliver marketing results
- Good execution power and is willing to roll up his/her sleeves to work with the team
- Strong in digital marketing and understands how to engage customers to our brands
- Social media marketing experience is a must
- Lead digital marketing in driving traffic to our e-commerce stores as well as brick and mortar stores
- Be able to plan for major brand/product launches and lead the team to deliver results
- Have a strong network media and agency network in Singapore
- Able to manage marketing budgets effectively
- Being able to collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure to drive activities to achieve business results
- Possess strong communication skills
- A team player
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or similar course
- At least 6-8 years’ experience in marketing (Recruitment experience preferred)
- Solid background in on-trade/retail channels, consumer segmentation, brand activation, marketing investment management
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Highly creative, with excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Clear understanding on stock inventory and supply chain
- Able to start work immediately or at short notice
