Our Client is a leader in the Environmental Service industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a HR Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Responsibilities
- Engage with department managers to align job descriptions with organizational goals.
- Establish and manage recruitment policies, processes, and channels.
- Lead talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviews, and selection.
- Develop and enhance onboarding programs for new hires.
- Manage performance, compensation, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee payroll operations and reporting.
- Develop and implement performance management policies.
- Facilitate annual performance reviews and promotions.
- Develop and review learning and development policies.
- Monitor training budget and program effectiveness.
- Facilitate career development pathways.
- Organize staff communication and engagement initiatives.
- Measure staff engagement and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage HR technology adoption and reporting.
- Lead HR projects, such as competency development and digitalization.
- Oversee general office administration.
- Any Ad-hoc duty as given
Requirements
- Min Degree in HR or Relevant Discipline
- Min 5-year HR Generalist related experience and strong in recruitment
- Good Knowledge in employment/manpower regulations
- Good understanding in government schemes and industry/HR practices
