1. Provide overall supervision of production activities.
2. Plan, organize, and lead a team of production workers to achieve production target and training of staff on cutting skills and production required skills.
3. Responsible for output, cycle time, and yield.
4. Improvement in maintaining product quality and productivity.
5. Provide a guideline check on the line processes thereby assuring that work is done by the operators.
6. Monitor the daily efficiency status of the line.
7. Manage employee disciplinary issues.
