Responsibilities:
- Assess, evaluate, plan and conduct rehabilitation programme for clients
- Ensure proper use of equipment including technological-assisted rehabilitation equipment
- Ensure clients’ file documentation, records and statistics are accurate to reflect care provided
- Assist in the discharge planning and care plan for clients
- Conduct assessments for clients during admission and periodic reviews
- Provide individual and group interventions for clients
- Participate in case discussion with care team
- Assist in the development and review of rehabilitation and wellness programmes for clients
- Ensure proper use of equipment including technological-assisted rehabilitation equipment
- Training and supervision of Therapy Assistants
- Scope of work include prescription, care of equipment, completion and management of clients’ records, and compliance with audit requirement
- Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy and registered with AHPC
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferably with 2 years in step-down care outpatient settings
- Understanding of neurological rehabilitation and musculoskeletal condition
- Dynamic and proactive personality with good public relation and communication skills
- BCLS trained (Basic Cardiopulmonary Life Support)
