Responsibilities:
- According to the subsidiary's marketing strategy plan, gradually complete the construction and management of the subsidiary's financing credit system.
- Financing channel development, dealer and customer receivables, overdue management
- According to the company's overseas marketing requirements, formulate the annual credit policy for the subsidiary's marketing.
- Planning, allocation and adjustment of subsidiary financing credit resources.
- Accounts receivable analysis, overdue arrears collection management.
- Construction and management of financing channels.
- Train and guide merchandisers, offices and dealers to carry out credit management and financing work, and improve dealers' credit sales and risk management and control capabilities.
- Improve the international marketing credit protection system through export credit insurance, guarantee and other means.
- Daily implementation and monitoring of credit policies.
- Promote the improvement of the subsidiary's operating conditions and internal control.
- Coordinate the business work of the subsidiaries and the relevant departments of the international business center to obtain the largest credit resources.
- Complete the tasks assigned temporarily by the leader.
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of working experience in credit management and financial leasing of large enterprises
- Bachelor degree or above, major in credit, finance, law, economics, foreign trade, management, administration and related fields.
- Familiar with financial leasing, credit management knowledge, and legal knowledge such as contract law, company law, guarantee law, familiar with marketing, international trade, finance and financial management knowledge, general statistical knowledge and analysis methods.
- Familiar with the construction machinery industry and products, the company's overseas sales business model and organizational structure; strong risk judgment ability, problem solving ability, communication and coordination ability, ability to train and guide subordinates, and strong planning, organization, coordination, innovation, Analysis, comprehension, judgment, language and writing skills.
- Can travel frequently.
