Job Description:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other building components to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and promptly address any issues or concerns.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and any relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance or repair work as needed.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in the implementation of facility improvement projects, including renovations, upgrades, and installations.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with minimum 3 years in M&E and security system experience.
- Minimum 2 years of exp
- Able to start work immediately
