Your primary responsibility is to win and maintain key accounts by identifying and researching new opportunities, listing new products into existing Key accounts group, building rapport with stakeholders and ultimately signing their business up to a partnership. You will support these accounts through the on-boarding and roll out process and continue to look for ways to strengthen and grow the relationship. You will collaborate with team members, as well as colleagues across marketing, independent sales, and partner success. You must be aggressive and have full confidence to get in the revenues for the entire modern trade.
Here is what the role will entail:
- As a Key Account Executive, you are developing and managing key chains (retail & supermarkets) from lead generation to roll out. You manage these partners and ensure the relationship is strong with the company.
- You are responsible to ensure all tradespend meets their ROI and you are also responsible in achieving or overachieving your set revenue target monthly.
- You pitch, create and deliver high quality and professional presentations to potential new partners, and confidently speak about our company’s values.
- You onboard and train new stores in an efficient and scalable way, working with store-level contacts and senior stakeholders
- You identify new and innovative opportunities to improve existing accounts to collaboration to increase their positive impacts using our values. Together with your accounts and in close collaboration with the Marketing team, you define success metrics and support your partners in every way possible to reach their goals.
- You build reports to track performance and identify trends, create financial projections and forecasts for internal planning and commercial proposals and present them to sales head weekly
- You Contribute to the Singapore Key Account strategy and work in full effort to grow sales aggressively.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred.
- You must have 2 years’ experience in the FMCG industry handling key supermarkets.
- Goal-oriented, organized team player.
- Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Experienced at preparing and presenting to customers either in person or virtually.
- Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role.
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). You must know how to use pivot table to generate reports to be submitted to the management weekly.
