Job Description:
- Provide administrative support for Integration Programmes including scheduling, extracting of data, feedback collation and notes-taking.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of integration programmes.
- Monitors the utilisation of integration grants to ensure optimum utilisation to achieve the desired integration outcomes.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of grants in compliance with procurement guidelines.
- Works closely with Integration and Naturalisation Champions (INCs) in promoting integration-centric programmes at RC and NC level such as Chit-Chat Session and Community Learning Journeys.
- Builds strategic partnerships with external organisations to enhance and promote collaborative efforts in integrating new immigrants.
- Facilitates communication and sharing between INCs through focus group discussions, best-sharing sessions and annual workplan retreats.

Job Requirement:
- Diploma holder and above with at least 2 years of relevant working experience required.
- Able to work on weekends, if required.
