An established wellness brand in Singapore is looking to hire an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to oversee the operating functions and overall sales for the whole brand.
· Oversee day-to-day Branch operations.
· Responsible for all sales-related and telemarketing activities.
· Meet branch sales quota.
· Provide professional skin/body analysis and consultation.
· Identify customer's needs and recommend suitable products and treatments to customers.
· Perform facial, body hair removal and/or slimming treatments for customers
· Work closely with the Marketing and Operation Manager on the execution of sales and promotion activities.
· Assist in Management and Customer Service Relations process.
· Handle customers feedback and service recovery.
· Manage staff performance and discipline.
· Working with operations to develop new treatments, protocols, packages to maximize profits.
· Archive daily & monthly sales target
