Financial Management, ePR, Budgeting for IT Operations
- Managing the Financial Budget and monthly spend for Operations team – AMC, Infra, Security, Monitoring, etc.
- Checking of current spend, validation of budget ask and approved budget amount.
- End to end support for Ops team in entire ePR process. Average items of over 200+ ePR raised per year.
- Coordinate Budget process for Ops team – CAPEX & OPEX
Project Bolt Decomm Financial Management
- Main commercial support PIC in Decomm Project team
- Manage the Decomm application financial budgeting, forecast and tracking against target
- Support Partnership and Contract GM and Head of SE/Ops in managing the contract renewal process of all AMC items
- Manage the Planview Decomm Dashboard to provide updated financials against target set that will be used for monthly Project Bolt discussions
Planview Phase 2
- Support PMO team with Planview ServiceNow / Jira integration phase of project
- Coordinate meetings / workshops with Planview & M1, capture meeting minutes and upload to ProjectPlace
- Follow up with business / key stakeholders on data requirements and upload to ProjectPlace
