Job description
Responsible for leading comprehensive penetration testing initiatives, including vulnerability assessment scans, to identify and address security vulnerabilities and risks within the organization's systems and applications . Will also takes on additional leadership and strategic roles within the organization's security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leads the development and execution of advanced penetration testing strategies and methodologies.
• Drives innovation in penetration testing practices by exploring new tools, techniques, and approaches.
• Expertise in VAPT tools such as Burp suite, OWASP, MobSF.
• Acts as a subject matter expert and advisor on complex penetration testing projects and security initiatives.
• Provides strategic guidance to senior management on security risks and mitigation strategies.
• Must have extensive knowledge on python development and automation scripts.
• Collaborates with senior leadership to develop and implement pen-testing plans and procedures.
• Represents the team and working groups related to penetration testing and cybersecurity.
• Leads and mentors a team of penetration testers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Works closely with executive leadership to align security objectives with overall business goals and objectives.
Must Have
• Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent with real passion for security researching
• 5+ years of experience executing large/ mid-size scale penetration testing assessments of highly critical systems OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, CREST or similar certifications will be a plus
• Advance Penetration Testing
• Strong knowledge of Scripting skills (e.g., Python) is mandatory .
