Temp Storekeeper
Location: Marymount
Duration: 25 March – 31 May 2024
Working hours: 8.30-6pm (Mon-Thu), 8.30am-5.30pm (Fri)
Salary: $12/hr
Job scope:
- Ensures that the receipt and issuance of stocks are carried out correctly and accurately both physically and in the system.
- Reports the discrepancies to the Executive
- Ensures that all stocks are stored properly, in accordance to manufacturing specifications, and systematically as far as possible in the Store
- Participates in weekly cycle count
- Assists in twice yearly stock take exercise
- Checks expiry stock for clinical items based on duty roster.
- Checks stock level and submit the Stock Replenishment Form to the Executive to place the order.
- Updates par level into eMobile Ward Consumables System.
- Monitors stock condition and highlight to the Executive on any inactive items
- Ensures that the Store is neat and tidy at all times.
- Undertakes other duties as and when requested by the HOD, Materials Management and Executive, Materials Management
