RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute business strategies aimed at sustaining business growth and attaining sales revenue objectives.
- Identify and explore new market prospects through proactive prospecting efforts.
- Organize and oversee sales and marketing initiatives such as roadshows, exhibitions, etc.
- Take charge of handling new sales inquiries and preparing quotations.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to strategize on positioning, pricing, sales presentations, volume forecasts, and budgeting.
- Provide supervision, training, and motivation to retail outlet staff to ensure achievement of established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on consumer and competitor trends and conduct thorough analysis of relevant information.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Demonstrate strong presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record in relationship building and management.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
