Job Requirements
Communication:
- Building and maintaining daily and long-term relationships with vendors is a crucial aspect of the role that directly impacts account growth and retention strategies.
- Coordinating support services globally, demonstrating your ability to manage diverse teams and deliver results on a global scale.
- Conducting regular internal and external business reviews with team members in all regions and with Executive Sponsors.
- Working with internal company resources to achieve business goals, maintain client satisfaction, and ensure that the company's speciality services support client needs while achieving acceptable margins.
- Provide strategic direction, support, and coaching to team members and evaluate their performance while overseeing and resolving employee relations issues.
- Managing a highly skilled team of employees.
- Engaging in all strategic RFQ opportunities.
- Ensuring timely and thorough administration of ISO Compliant corrective processes from defect awareness to corrective action implementation and completion.
- The role will involve 50% client-facing activities.
Financial:
- Ensures that processes and performance are consistent, allowing the company to scale and grow effectively
- Manages costs and revenue to ensure that the assigned account(s) achieve their Earnings before Interest, Depreciation, Taxes and Amortization (EBIDTA) targets
- Ensures global compliance with the collections process to invoice customers correctly and collect payments on time
- Maintains accounts receivable (AR) below a specific percentage per the company's goals.
