Responsibilities
• Work closely with project team members, Project Managers and leads to prepare comprehensive action plans
• Manage the administrative tasks, such as document and information distribution, report collation and communication support.
• Maintain documentation/versioning in share repository
• Manage and coordinate procurement management
• Process of order, billing, invoicing management.
• Schedule of meeting room
• To ensure the project tasks are monitored, track and complete on time
• Organise and attend project meetings and ensure project teams are kept fully informed about project progress, tasks and involvement
• Require to take note of discussion or meeting of minute
Requirements
• Diploma holder with 2-3 years Project admin experience
• Good verbal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, powerpoint
