- Monitoring of adequate implementation and performance of inspection Tests Plans (ITP’s) by Subcontractors.
- Develop and monitoring of Non-Conformance reports (NCR’s).
- Monitoring and verification of Corrective actions applied (CAR’s).
- Assure that is maintained up-to-date inspection record files. Verify the documents for completeness and initiate corrective actions if required through the field superintendent.
- Teach to people involved in training program the knowledge assign to the respective disciplines.
- Provide assistance to discipline superintendents and supervisors on interpretation of quality requirements.
- Assist the project field engineer in day-to-day quality control and assurance matters.
- Assist the pre-commissioning team in the definition of the pre-commissioning systems and the preparation of detailed component lists for each system.
- Assist the field scheduling engineers in the preparation of pre-commissioning schedules and the followup on progress in pre-commissioning.
- Maintain up-to-date status on test and inspections performed.
- Prepare the specific data/ report from their activity/ area in order to be included in the Monthly Quality Report.
- Compiles and reviews the documentation that shall be included in the ‘Final Quality Dossier’ for thedifferent work units.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years relevant experience in similar field
