Position Summary:
The Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the cluster's Digital platform program, focusing on delivering digital mobility projects for cluster's. The role entails strategic planning, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring successful program execution.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop Programme Framework:
- Conduct detailed domain analysis to identify key insights for strategy formulation.
- Create strategy framework, roadmap, pricing, and launch strategies as needed, along with financial projections for funding requests.
Manage and Improve the Programme:
- Monitor program execution and assess high-level outcomes.
- Analyze competitive market conditions that may impact the program.
- Coordinate with other staff planners to assess project changes' impact on the program.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance program components and meet user demands.
- Collaborate with delivery team to forecast and address program needs and challenges.
- Submit additional funding requests in response to strategy or product requirement changes.
Stakeholder Management:
- Cultivate partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand stakeholder expectations and devise management strategies.
- Communicate program objectives and progress at key junctures to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with agencies for synchronized program rollout.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with minimum of 11 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven track record in program management, user and vendor management, and leading large-scale projects.
- Strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex requirements clearly.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities to both large groups and senior management.
- Proficient in building relationships, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, and capable of effective leadership.
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes and work well under pressure.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
