Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR functions, such as recruitment & selection, pass application, HR data update, training, HR Audit, performance appraisal
- Requirements to identify and execute effective recruitment strategies & HR initiatives, contribute to staff training & development
- Be a business partner to employee and line managers, such as information sharing, staff motivation
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business, Construction or related majors
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar role and experience in construction industry will be a plus
- Knowledge employment laws
- Willing to learn, enthusiastic, teamwork and problem solving is a must.
- 5 days work week
