Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR functions, such as recruitment & selection, pass application, HR date update, training, HR Audit, performance appraisal etc;
- requirements to identify and execute effective recruitment strategies & HR initiatives, contribute to staff training & development, etc;
- Be a business partner to employee and line managers, such as information sharing, staff motivation, etc.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor or above degree, in Human Resources, Business, Construction or related majors;
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar role, and experience in construction industry will be a plus;
- Knowledge local employment laws ;
- Willing/able and eager to learn, enthusiastic, teamwork and problem solving is a must.
- 5 days work week
