Responsibilities:
- Strategize, coordinate, oversee, and schedule day-to-day operations in alignment with sub-departmental structures.
- Support in attaining business objectives.
- Prepare quotations for parts sales.
- Follow up with customers to finalize orders, ensuring receipt of purchase orders prior to delivery.
- Monitor operational performance and devise strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide guidance and leadership to operational teams.
- Address service-related employee issues or grievances and uphold a high level of departmental motivation.
- Plan and coordinate logistical matters within sub-departments.
- Offer 24/7 customer support via telephone and on-site attendance.
- Foster strong customer relationships through timely client visits.
- Coordinate training sessions for clients or within the customer service team.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Experience in service team / customer service team
- Good communication skills
