· Set up and review HR SOPs and execute HR policies, practices and processes.
· Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employees’ engagement and relations.
· Process monthly payroll and ensure timely accurate payment.
· Liaise with local authorities in handling all HR related matters.
· Ensure MOM compliance and Employment Act
· Handle employees’ leave and benefits administration.
· Conduct staff structure reviews and monitor compliance.
· Coordinate/drive strategic workforce planning initiatives.
· Responsible for headcount, labour costs and other manpower-related reports for all the entities
· Implement Performance Management Systems
· Ensure timely achievement of KPIs.
