Job Summary:
- Industry: Healthcare
- Employment type: 2-year contract (renewable/convertible to permanent position)
- Working schedule: 5 days’ work week (Monday to Sunday, inclusive of Public Holidays), on 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon and midnight).
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the department’s operational readiness
- Ensure that workstations are always kept tidy and clean
- Ensure sufficient stationery stock
- Assist with a smooth patient journey
- Provide administrative assistance in the daily operations and department events
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” Levels qualification or equivalent.
- Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office), handling multiple systems such as SAP will be an advantage
- Team player with good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to speak a second language will be an advantage.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable/flexible with working in a hospital setting and different clinics when needed
- Prior experience in hospitality or service industries will be an advantage
