Scope of Service
a. Provide operations and maintenance support.
b. Respond timely to users’ queries.
c. Troubleshoot to resolve issues in a timely manner.
d. Work closely with the team to track issues till closure.
e. Support implementation of new product features.
Work Experience
a. The Application SO shall have at least a Diploma, with at least three (3) years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Support Officer or equivalent in Agile projects.
b. Application SO who graduated from Business School, Computer Science, Information Technology, and other Engineering discipline would be advantageous.
Technical Skillset
a. Application SO with knowledge and experience in Salesforce, SaaS, CRM will be an added advantage.
b. Application SO with knowledge and experience in AWS, APEX coding and DevOps will be an advantage.
General Skillset
c. Application SO with strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills will be an added advantage.
d. Application SO with strong verbal and written communication skills in stakeholders’ engagement will be an advantage.
e. Application Support Officer with the ability to track IT related expenses and payment will be an advantage.
