Job Description
- Provide administrative support in medical/ clinic related matters
- Perform literature or market research on medical/ scientific related topics
- Schedule meetings, on-site, off-site or video conferences
- Ensure all documents are properly kept and labelled
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by the line manager, from time to time
Requirements
- Min. A-level or equivalent educational level.
- Adept in MS excel, power-point and word
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
