- Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery, to ensure meat quality
- Cut, trim, or prepare consumer-sized portions of meat for use or sale in retail establishments.
- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
- May cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats, to prepare meat in cooking form.
- Ideally with experience in butchery
- Candidates with kitchen help or similar experience will also be considered.
