The Customer Service Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:-
- Responsible for handling RFQs within the time allocated including receiving, creating and distributing the quote to the client
- Download customer enquiry and orders from various internet-based customer portals & e-platforms (i.e. Ship-Serv, Sis Commerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc)
- Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system
- Perform any other duties as requested by the Commerical Manager
