The job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Leading a team and manage/support the launch of new products
- Conducting market research and analysing industry trends
- Improving the development of existing products by providing feedback to the product development team (including to Product Designers)
- Take charge and collaborate with team members, partners, and vendors to ensure excellent product delivery
- Implement channels to obtain customer feedback and suggesting appropriate product / promotional revisions
- Disseminate in-depth product knowledge to clients, customers and partners
- Train and equip the team with necessary information and resources to confidently address inquiries and provide valuable insights
- Supervise and monitor the performance of products within the market
- Analyse current products and processes to pinpoint areas where improvements and innovations can be introduced. Encourage team to actively contribute insights regarding potential enhancements
- Engage with clients, customers, and partners to identify their needs and preferences. Act as a liaison between these stakeholders and the production team
- Supervise and manage the updating of inventory records in the system to ensure accurate tracking and efficient resource allocation
- Collaborate with marketing and research teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour
- Stay informed about current industry trends and market conditions, providing strategic insights to guide decision-making
- Provide guidance and support in addressing complex or escalated cases of customer feedback. And ensure that post-sales support is efficiently provided to resolve customer issues
- Execute day-to-day operational activities with a focus on aligning them with customer experience goals and standards
