WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


We are looking for a Benefits Delivery Solutions Specialist to join our Asia Pacific team. In this role, you will be supporting the administration and communication of our employee benefit programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in HR within a dynamic and global company.


WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?


You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals, assisting various aspects of employee benefit programs. This includes processing benefit billings, maintaining accurate records, and supporting communication efforts. You will have an opportunity to learn and work on different benefit programs and how they impact employees across the region, including Japan. This role enables you to contribute to operations review and process improvements. You will also assist in crafting clear and informative communication materials to keep employees updated on their benefits. Your ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and build relationships will be key to your success.


WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?


This role reports to the Senior Benefits Delivery Solutions Manager, Asia Pacific. You will also collaborate with the larger HR team members across the region.


WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) with minimum 1 year of experience in benefits administration or a related HR function.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Workday is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in both English and Japanese languages is mandatory as the role is required to work with counterparts in Japan.
