Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates from diverse backgrounds using various channels including job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
- Handle end to end processes of bringing Non-Traditional-Source workers into Singapore
- Utilize advanced search techniques and tools such as Boolean search strings, X-ray search, and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with HR BP to understand the Hiring Manager talent needs and candidate profiles, and create a compelling employer value proposition to attract top talent.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers to facilitate the decision-making process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process, and acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to talent acquisition, and share insights and knowledge with the team to enhance the overall recruitment function.
Employer Employee (Onboarding)
- Coordinating with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Conducting new hire orientation sessions to familiarize new employees (Schedule 1 and 2) with the company culture, policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Ensuring that all necessary paperwork and compliance requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Facilitating introductions between new employees and key stakeholders within the organization, such as team members, managers, and mentors.
- Providing ongoing support to new employees during their first few weeks on the job, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Continuously seeking feedback from new employees and incorporating it into the onboarding process to improve the overall experience.
Reports
- Developing and implementing a reporting framework to track recruitment metrics, such as time to fill, cost per hire, source of hire, and candidate demographics.
- Creating regular reports and dashboards to communicate recruitment metrics and insights to hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in construction and manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and other relevant legislation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, good team player and resourceful
- Ability to multi-task and handle stress due to heavy recruitment requirement
