Roles & Responsibilities
· Lead, coordinate small ELV projects in condominium, with management agent the counterpart and client representative;
· Occasionally may require to be hands on to support the front line technical colleagues.
· Follow up sales lead developed by sales colleagues.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education background
· Post secondary /tertiary, with diploma or degree in electrical and/or electronic engineering or mechanical engineering.
Working experience
· With not less than 5 years of working experience in extra light voltage (ELV) product or system for building management.
· Having hands on and direct experience in intercom and access control system a plus;
· Experience in working with Management Agent or MCST of condominium preferred
Nationality requirement
· Singaporean or PR only
Personality and character
· Willing to work in a small and growing team to lead and collaborate.
· Similar to any SME in growing mode, we need employee who is ready to support the company in the growth plan and bear the pressure while we are pushing the company to grow.
Remuneration package
· Basic pay
· Bonus and commission tied to completion and candidate’s participation, involvement and contribution to projects
