Job Type: Part time basis for 2 months (15 hours / week)

SGD5.00 per hour
About the Job
We are looking for a Part-time App Pilot User (as App Tester) for a new digital platform for the new economy (normal). You will be responsible for using the new application and provide your user experience feedback for the platform.
The App Tester will be briefed on the testing model prior to the start of your assignment.
Responsibilities
Role 1: Talents / Gig Providers
o Register as new talents of the gig economy platform (app) using at least two of the following devices:
i. Windows PC or Laptop
ii. Apple Mac PC or Laptop
iii. Apple or Android Tablets
iv. iPhone
v: Android Mobile Phone (All Major Brands)
o Explore and use the app as a talent (gig user)
o Apply for at least 2 to 3 gig jobs per day (5 days/week, any day of the week)
o Check the status of your gig job applications and look out for new gig jobs on a daily basis
o Respond to the gig employers on their recruitment process
o Role play on the recruitment, selection and job acceptance process via the app (chat, calendar, email, etc)
o Provide review of the gig jobs and employers
o Report user experience, bugs and errors to [email protected] weekly basis
Role 2: Employers / Gig Hirers
o Register as new Employer of the gig economy platform (app) using at least two of the following devices:
i. Windows PC or Laptop
ii. Apple Mac PC or Laptop
iii. Apple or Android Tablets
iv. iPhone
v: Android Mobile Phone (All Major Brands)
o Explore and use the app as an Employer
o Create and post for at least 2 to 3 gig job openings per day (5 days/week, any day of the week)
o Check the applications to your gig job openings on a daily basis
o Select and respond to the gig applicants according to your selection criteria
o Role play on the recruitment, selection and job offer process via the app (chat, calendar, email, etc)
o Provide review of the gig applicants on their job performance (role play)
o Report user experience, bugs and errors to [email protected] weekly basis
Requirements
o Possess at least two of the following devices:
i. Windows PC or Laptop
ii. Apple Mac PC or Laptop
iii. Apple or Android Tablets
iv. iPhone
v: Android Mobile Phone (All Major Brands)
o Familiar with Internet, Web and Mobile Applications
o Ability to document the feedback on the user experience and errors
o Attention to detail
o ITE/O Level/A Level/Polytechnic/University students/ORD Personnel are welcome to apply.
