Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage chronic disease database
- Approach patients to invite them to participate in ethics-approved clinical research studies, if required
- Perform data entry, data management, and data analysis
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis
- Write and review research papers, present research outcomes, and develop collaborations
- Contribute to project management
- Guide junior researchers and supervise student researchers and interns
- Do other research-related tasks (e.g. literature review, grant and ethics applications)
- Perform other related duties
Job Requirements:
- Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Public Health/ Social Science
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, independent learner and detail-oriented
- Expertise in data analysis (including using R or Python)
- Good writing (scientific writing) skills
- Able to support grant writing and manuscript writing for submission to journals
