The selected candidate shall be required to undertake multiple responsibilities providing them opportunities to learn about all parts of our business.
· Assist in Investment due diligence, research, and preparation of deal teasers and memos for consideration of the board.
· Assist in market research projects.
· Assist in documentation of standard operating procedures.
· Preparing fund raising materials, data rooms, etc
· Any other matters assigned by the management.
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
1. Have analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. A self starter with a positive energy to work in a very early stage business setup.
3. Clear communication skills
